Tyra Chalet 126 is a ski-in/ski-out, three bedrooms, 2.25 bath condo located on the 1st floor of the 3-story Tyra II "Chalet" building. From there it is a 3/4-mile hike to 4 O'clock Reservoir. For the more adventurous, you can hike to the top of 12,998 foot Peak 8 up 4 O'clock Trail, right behind the building. Mountain bike up the Four O'clock Trail in the summer or ride a "comfort" bike on the 9-mile paved path alongside the Blue River. Walk three blocks to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids.
