Every Summit Vacations Breckenridge property includes an initial supply of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, a sponge, and dishwasher detergent. Additional supplies can be bought locally if needed. Each home features premium bed linens and towels. The kitchens are fully outfitted with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and various small appliances.
All of our properties offer FREE Wi-Fi.

PARKING:
- Parking for up to 4 vehicles
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or tickets, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town (which also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
**Important: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter as snow and ice will be present on all surfaces, including driveways and roads.**

Highland Greens 42 offers the perfect blend of practicality and luxury, making it ideal for groups or families of up to 10! Located just north of Breckenridge, this lovely townhome features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a den for additional sleeping accommodations. After a day of exploring, unwind in the private outdoor hot tub, set in a beautifully landscaped mountain setting.
This stunning property is just one mile from a 27-hole public golf course and a short 5-minute drive to Main St. Breckenridge. The convenience of a free shuttle service during the winter season is an added bonus, ensuring easy access to the slopes and town.

For added convenience, a private 2-car attached garage ensures you won’t have to scrape snow off your car in the winter. The property also includes a bumper pool table for additional entertainment.
Winter Highlights:
- After a day of skiing, relax in the private five-person hot tub on the deck, with stunning views of the Breckenridge slopes.
- Explore Breckenridge’s annual Snow Sculpture contest in late January, followed by a visit to the nearby Ice Castle, open until late March.
- Take a romantic sleigh ride through the streets of Breckenridge, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses.
- Enjoy April’s month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.
Summer Highlights:
- Ride a mountain bike on Breckenridge’s trails, or enjoy a leisurely ride along the 9-mile paved path alongside the Blue River.
- Don’t miss the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, and National Repertory Orchestra concerts.
- Visit Breckenridge’s Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze, and pony rides for kids.
- Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
