If you need more during your stay, additional items are readily available at local stores. Our homes feature premium bed linens and towels, and the kitchens are fully stocked with coffee makers, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and handy small appliances—everything you need to feel at home. And of course, FREE WiFi is included in every property. Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or tickets, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town (which also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot. **Important: 4X4 vehicles are highly recommended in the winter due to snow and ice.** Minimum renter age is 25 years. The condo is just 800 feet from Peak 9's QuickSilver Chairlift. The free shuttle and Town Trolley are conveniently located in front of the Village at Breckenridge. Guests have access to the Columbine Recreation Center, which features a communal pool, hot tubs, and a sauna. The outdoor swimming pool and four hot tubs (two inside and two outside) are located about 50 yards from the building. The living area is spacious, with a gas fireplace and large LCD television. The condo is fully stocked with all necessary cooking and dining utensils, and linens are provided. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the unit (located in the queen bedroom wardrobe). Winter Highlights: - Walk 800 feet to the QuickSilver Chairlift. After a day of skiing, relax in the Columbine heated outdoor pool or hot tubs, located just 60 feet from the condo. - Walk 2 blocks to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. - Experience Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest in the last week of January. Nearby, the Ice Castle stays open until late March. - Enjoy a scenic sleigh ride through Breckenridge, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. - April offers a month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge. Summer Highlights: - Walk 700 feet to the bridge that crosses the Blue River and connects to numerous hiking and biking trails along the peaks of the Ten Mile Range. - Enjoy mountain biking or a leisurely ride on the 9-mile paved path alongside the Blue River. - Relax in the Columbine heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex, just 60 feet from the condo. - Walk 2 blocks to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. - Experience the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, and National Repertory Orchestra concerts. - Visit Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze, and pony rides for kids. - Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
