Property Overview Located on the 4 O’Clock Ski Run, this premium 1,172-square-foot condominium is set within the sought-after Sawmill Creek complex. Guests enjoy ski-in access, a free shuttle stop at the property, communal hot tubs, an elevator, and underground parking—all just a short stroll to shops, restaurants, and the gondola. Key features include: • Ski-in access on the 4 O'Clock Run • Free town/ski shuttle stop at the building • One block from Main Street • 3.5 blocks from the Peak 9 base area • Communal hot tubs and elevator access • Underground parking for one vehicle (first-come, first-served basis) Important: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter, as snow and ice may cover all surfaces. Perfect location! Beautiful and cozy condominium. Stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding. Very close to downtown and so easy to jump on a shuttle to get to lifts and ski in at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Got exactly what was expected. Price was comparable to the area and time of year. The ski in was great! And just a short walk into town. Shuttle to slopes was pretty easy too. Happy with our stay.
