If you need more during your stay, additional items are readily available at local stores.
Our homes feature premium bed linens and towels, and the kitchens are fully stocked with coffee makers, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and handy small appliances—everything you need to feel at home.

Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or tickets, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town (which also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
**Important: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter as snow and ice will be present on all surfaces, including driveways and roads.**

Winter Highlights:
- Walk 800 feet (or take the free shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes) to reach the Snowflake Chairlift.
- Ski down from the Imperial Chair, the highest chairlift in North America, and return to the condo for lunch or to soak in the communal hot tubs after a day on the slopes.
Summer Highlights:
- Step out the door to access the 4 O'Clock Trail, right next to the complex, which leads to the Snowflake Chairlift and two additional trails along Sawmill Creek.
- Hike to the 4 O'Clock Reservoir, or for the more adventurous, continue up to the top of 12,998-foot Peak 8.
- Enjoy mountain biking on the 4 O'Clock Trail or a leisurely ride on the 9-mile paved path along the Blue River.
- Walk just 1 block to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops.
- In the summer, you can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze, and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides are available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.

Perfect location! Beautiful and cozy condominium. Stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding. Very close to downtown and so easy to jump on a shuttle to get to lifts and ski in at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Got exactly what was expected. Price was comparable to the area and time of year. The ski in was great! And just a short walk into town. Shuttle to slopes was pretty easy too. Happy with our stay.
