Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bake ware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances. All of our properties offer FREE Wi-Fi. At Summit Vacations, you will enjoy the sophistication typically associated with larger travel brands with the local knowledge and customer service of a small company. PARKING: Parking for 1 vehicle Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads. Sawmill Creek 111 is an exceptional upmarket 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1172 square feet, ski-in, condominium, with countless one-of-a-kind design features. This condo truly is unlike any other on the market. It includes Wi-Fi internet and direct access to downtown Breckenridge. The condo is fully equipped with the most modern design amenities and premium furnishings. You cannot go wrong making this home a part of your vacation experience. Each bedroom features custom built-in headboards made of reclaimed wood that replicate the mountain peaks just outside your window. The guest bedroom is tucked behind a hidden door made of the same reclaimed hardwood that features throughout the property, making it another of many magical experiences. The fireplace is composed of stone, hammered metal and vintage iron grating making it unlike any you have ever seen. The modern furnishings collaborate with the rustic features bringing the property to life with a vibrant expression of modern mountain chic design in a combination that will leave you eager to settle in, snuggle up and enjoy every moment. The kitchen will make you want to spend an inordinate amount of time cooking up warm, hearty meals and enjoy incredible conversation over great food in a magical space. Each bathroom is uniquely designed with features such as tile that appears to be linen on the walls. Suffice to say, long showers are in order. Strategic pops of vibrant color highlight this showpiece property making it a perfect destination for your family vacation or mountain getaway. It can be said with absolute certainty that this property will not disappoint! WINTER HIGHLIGHTS: Walk up the street (800 feet, or 50 feet to the free shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes) to get to the Snowflake Chairlift. You can make your way to the highest chairlift in North America, the Imperial Chair, and ski down 3 1/2 miles back to this condo for lunch, or at the end of the day to soak those tired legs in the hot tubs in the complex. SUMMER HIGHLIGHTS: Walk out the door and out of the complex to the 4 O'Clock Trail, which is right next to the complex and up to the Snowflake Chairlift, where two other trails start and go alongside Sawmill Creek. From there it is a 3/4 mile hike to 4 O'Clock Reservoir. For the more adventurous, you can walk straight up the 4 O'Clock Trail to the top of 12,998 foot Peak 8. You can also mountain bike up the 4 O'Clock Trail in the summer or ride a "comfort" bike on the 9-mile paved path alongside the Blue River. Walk 1 block to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony ride up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9. Perfect location! Beautiful and cozy condominium. Stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding. Very close to downtown and so easy to jump on a shuttle to get to lifts and ski in at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Got exactly what was expected. Price was comparable to the area and time of year. The ski in was great! And just a short walk into town. Shuttle to slopes was pretty easy too. Happy with our stay.
