Every Summit Vacations Breckenridge property includes an initial supply of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, a sponge, and dishwasher detergent. If additional supplies are needed, they can be easily purchased locally. Each home features premium bed linens and towels, and the kitchens are fully equipped with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and various small appliances.
All of our properties offer FREE Wi-Fi.

PARKING:
- Parking for 2 vehicles
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or tickets, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town (which also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
**Important:** 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter as snow and ice will be present on all surfaces, including driveways and roads.**

Minimum renter age is 25 years.
Situated just two blocks from downtown Breckenridge and three short blocks from the Quicksilver lift, Powder Ridge 208 is perfect for families or groups of up to 8! Located on the 2nd floor, this 2-bedroom, 2.75-bath condo offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Enjoy the charm of a wood-burning fireplace, and take advantage of the outdoor common area hot tub and onsite parking, including a heated parking garage.

The condo features an open kitchen and living room, providing ample space for everyone to gather. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cooking and dining utensils, and linens are provided. Laundry facilities are available in the garage and are coin-operated.
The Powder Ridge condominium complex is located at the south end of French Street, next to Carter Park, the locals' sledding hill, and just two blocks from the bustling business district of Breckenridge. You’ll be three blocks from the Quicksilver Chairlift at the base of the Peak 9 ski area, making it easy to access the slopes.
Winter Highlights:
- The free Breckenridge shuttle stop is right in front of the complex, making it easy to get to the slopes at any time of day.
- After a day on the slopes, soak in the complex's hot tub, just steps from your unit!
- Experience Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest in late January, followed by a visit to the nearby Ice Castle, open until late March.
- Take a scenic sleigh ride through the streets of Breckenridge, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses.
- Enjoy April's month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.
Summer Highlights:
- The residential neighborhood across the street and the city park and play area behind Powder Ridge provide a pleasant outdoor environment for families.
- Cook your summer meals out on the deck, surrounded by beautiful trees.
- Experience the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and National Repertory Orchestra concerts.
- Visit Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze, and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.

Close to town, lifts, and supermarket. Plenty of space and well equipped. Heated parking garage was a plus during snowstorms and cold. Denise over at Summit Vacations was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
