Whether you’re soaking in the private hot tub under starry skies or savoring your morning coffee as the sun rises over the mountains, this is mountain living at its finest.
Property Overview
Located in a secluded spot on Peak 7, this private four-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. From the expansive deck and spacious living areas to the breathtaking panoramic views, the home is designed for both relaxation and connection. Just a five-minute drive gets you to the slopes or the historic charm of downtown Breckenridge.
Please Note: Due to its high elevation and steep access roads, four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicles are required year-round. Snow and ice are common, and while the home is serviced by a private snow plow, Summit Vacations does not manage the plow schedule. A snow shovel is provided for clearing pathways as needed during your stay.
Layout and Sleeping Arrangements
This home offers thoughtful space across three levels:
Top Floor
• Master bedroom with a king-size bed and full-size fold-out futon
Middle Floor
• Second bedroom with one queen bed and one twin bed
• Third bedroom with one queen bed
Lower Level
• Fourth bedroom with two full-size beds
The home includes a total of four bedrooms and offers plenty of room for families or groups traveling together. Linens, towels, and essential toiletries are provided.
Kitchen and Living Features
The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home. You'll find everything you need, from cookware and bakeware to coffee makers and small appliances. A comfortable dining area, a cozy living space, and a designated workspace ensure the home meets the needs of both families and remote workers.
After a day of mountain adventures, gather on the large deck or unwind in the private six-person hot tub while taking in views of the Ten Mile Range and the Continental Divide.
Parking and Accessibility
The property offers parking for three to four vehicles, including a two-car stall garage.
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. For additional parking needs, the Town of Breckenridge provides overnight options at the Stephen West Ice Arena (south of town) and the Airport Road Satellite Lot (north of town), which also accommodates RVs and trailers.
This home is not serviced by the Free Ride shuttle, but Uber and Lyft operate in the area.

Travel Protection covers unexpected issues like cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies. Damage Protection covers accidental property damage and is often used in place of a traditional damage deposit.

Property was excellent and was perfect for what we needed. A great view from the deck and hot tub of Breckenridge and the surrounding mountains. Roomy living room/dining room/kitchen area. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for everyone. I'll add a note that I appreciated fans and humidifiers being provided in each bedroom. I can use my phone for white noise to fall asleep but a fan is the preferrable option!
