Property Overview Located just north of downtown Breckenridge, Highland Greens 42 is a spacious and stylish three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome with a bonus den, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The home is just one mile from the public golf course and a quick 5-minute drive to Main Street. During winter ski-season, guests can take advantage of a free private shuttle, making access to ski lifts and the town center effortless. After a day on the mountain, soak in the private outdoor hot tub, surrounded by natural landscaping and serene views. This home’s layout and features are perfect for families or small groups seeking convenience and quiet comfort. Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements • Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with en suite private bathroom • Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed • Third Bedroom: Full-size bunk bed (sleeps two) • Den: Twin-size daybed with twin-size trundle (can sleep two separately or together as one larger bed) Each room is furnished with cozy bedding, and all linens and towels are provided. Living, Kitchen, and Entertainment The open-concept great room includes a 47" flat-screen TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and vaulted ceilings that create a warm and welcoming space for relaxing after a full day of adventure. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, and ample seating with four stools at the breakfast bar and a dining table that seats eight. Guests will also enjoy access to a bumper pool table and a private two-car attached garage, which means no scraping snow off your vehicle in winter. The home also includes free Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer for added convenience. Parking Parking is available for up to four vehicles, including space inside the attached garage. Please note that parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. If additional parking is needed, overnight options are available at the Stephen West Ice Arena (south of town) and the Airport Road Satellite Lot (north of town, RV- and trailer-friendly). Important: In winter months, 4WD or AWD vehicles are required, as snow and ice are common on all roads and driveways. We were originally going to stay closer to the slopes but for the same price we are able to have more space for our large group. A nice grill on the back patio and awesome hot tub to relax after a day skiing. The private shuttle from the neighborhood made it fantastic. We didn't have to worry about carrying all of our equipment several blocks from the nearby locations, nor having to pay 40 bucks a day for parking.
