Each of our Breckenridge properties is stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, hand and body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, a sponge, and dishwasher detergent. If you need more during your stay, additional items are readily available at local stores.
Our homes feature premium bed linens and towels, and the kitchens are fully stocked with coffee makers, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and handy small appliances—everything you need to feel at home.

PARKING:
- Parking for 2 vehicles
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or tickets, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town (which also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
**Important: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter as snow and ice will be present on all surfaces, including driveways and roads.**

Location, Location, Location! The Tyra Condominiums are in high demand for a reason— not only do they offer true ski-in/ski-out access, but they are also just minutes from the vibrant downtown Breckenridge.
Tyra Chalet 126** is a first-floor, three-bedroom, 2.25-bath condo located in the Tyra II "Chalet" building. This spacious condo is perfect for families or groups of up to 10 and is equipped with free Wi-Fi, charming upscale décor, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

After a day on the slopes, relax in the communal indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Feeling hungry? Take advantage of the communal grill and enjoy a meal while meeting new friends.
The Tyra Chalet condominium complex is located on 4 O'clock Road, just three blocks west of downtown. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils, as well as linens.
Winter Highlights:
- This first-floor corner unit is just a few steps across the street from the Snowflake chairlift, providing easy access to Peaks 8 and 9, including the highest chairlift in North America, the Imperial Chair.
- Ski down 3 1/2 miles back to this condo for lunch, or at the end of the day, soak those tired legs in the hot tubs in the complex.
- Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest in late January, and visit the nearby Ice Castle, open until late March.
- Experience a scenic sleigh ride through Breckenridge, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses.
- April offers a month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.
Summer Highlights:
- Walk across the street to access two trails alongside Sawmill Creek, leading to the 4 O'clock Reservoir, or take on the challenge of hiking to the top of 12,998-foot Peak 8.
- Mountain bike up the Four O'clock Trail in the summer or enjoy a leisurely ride on the 9-mile paved path alongside the Blue River.
- Walk three blocks to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops.
- Celebrate the 4th of July with a parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, and National Repertory Orchestra concerts.
- Visit Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze, and pony rides for kids.
- Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.

We had a fantastic time staying at the house. The kitchen was very well equipped and we needed a few extra things that were taken care of promptly. Conscientious to the slopes and the bus. We would definitely come back!!
