Each of our Breckenridge properties is stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, hand and body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, a sponge, and dishwasher detergent. If you need more during your stay, additional items are readily available at local stores.
Our homes feature premium bed linens and towels, and the kitchens are fully stocked with coffee makers, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and handy small appliances—everything you need to feel at home.
And of course, FREE WiFi is included in every property.

PARKING:
- Parking for 1 vehicle
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or tickets, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town (which also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
**Important:** 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter as snow and ice will be present on all surfaces, including driveways and roads.**

Trails End 110 is a cozy and comfortable 600 square foot, one-bedroom, one-bath, slope-side, true ski-in/ski-out unit. Perfect for a single skier or a couple seeking a romantic mountain getaway, this 1st-floor condo offers everything you need for a memorable stay in Breckenridge.
Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements:

- Access to the balcony from both the bedroom and the living room

- Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations
The condo is tastefully furnished in a log cabin style and sleeps four comfortably. With two flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen, you'll have all the conveniences of home. The balcony, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, offers a peaceful spot to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
Winter Highlights:
- You can't get much closer to the slopes! This unit is located right at the Peak 9 base, making it easy to catch the first chair on the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift.
- After a day on the mountain, come home to relax in the year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tubs.
- Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest in late January, or take a scenic sleigh ride through town drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses.
- April brings a month-long festival of concerts and activities to Breckenridge.
Summer Highlights:
- Trails End offers one of the best locations in Breckenridge, close to downtown shopping, dining, and summertime activities.
- Just steps away from hiking trails up the mountain, Maggie Pond, and the Blue River, this location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.
- Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts.
- Visit Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze, and pony rides for kids.
- Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
