Property Overview This single-family home offers a peaceful, wooded setting just under four miles from the Breckenridge ski lifts. Featuring a private six-person hot tub, wood-paneled interiors, and space to comfortably accommodate large families or groups, it’s the perfect home base for every season. Important: Four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicles are required during winter months. Snow and ice are present on all roadways and driveways. Layout and Sleeping Arrangements: The home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the lower level, with one upstairs. • Upstairs Bedroom: One double bed • Lower Level Bedroom 1: One king-size bed • Lower Level Bedroom 2: One king-size bed • Lower Level Bedroom 3: Six twin beds (two triple-stack bunk beds). Please note: The top bunks are closest to the ceiling and do not have safety rails. We recommend they be reserved for adults. The spacious dining area comfortably seats eight, with extra seating available at the kitchen bar. Bedrooms are furnished with fresh linens, and bathrooms are stocked with a starter supply of essentials. Outdoor Living In the winter, unwind in the private hot tub after a day on the slopes, or admire snow-covered trees from the comfort of the back deck. In warmer months, enjoy peaceful moments by the river, relaxing in the backyard swings or gathering for meals outdoors. Parking is available for two to three vehicles. The Summit Vacations Advantage Every Summit Vacations property is stocked with a starter supply of essentials: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, hand and body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, a sponge, and dishwasher detergent. If you need more, local stores are nearby. Our kitchens are fully equipped with coffee makers, cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils, glassware, and small appliances to help you feel right at home. Premium bed linens and towels are provided, and of course, free Wi-Fi is included. Parties, pets, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited to maintain the comfort of all guests. Uber and Lyft services are available locally for easy transportation.
