PARKING:
- Parking for 1 vehicle
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or tickets, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town (which also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
**Important:** *4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter as snow and ice will be present on all surfaces, including driveways and roads.**

The 4 O'Clock Lodge complex is just 2 1/2 blocks from downtown Breckenridge! After a day on the slopes, unstrap your boots and explore the boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife that this historic town has to offer. The condo is fully stocked with all necessary cooking and dining utensils, linens, and even family-friendly amenities like children’s videos, books, board games, and puzzles.
The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (both Auto Drip and Keurig), electric skillet, Crock-Pot, and toaster.
4 O'Clock Lodge 28 is a charming two-bedroom, lofted 2 1/2 bath, ski-in condominium with free WiFi. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the 4 O'Clock Lodge complex, this cozy mountain retreat overlooks a stream and the 4 O'Clock Ski Run. The unit features two gas fireplaces, four televisions, including a 40" flat screen HDTV, and a Blu-ray DVD player.
Get a great night's sleep in the master king-size bed. In the second bedroom, you'll find two twin beds, while the loft area offers a queen-size bed and three separate twin beds. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations.
At the end of the day, gather around the gas fireplace and enjoy a cozy evening in.
The unit also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Winter Highlights:
- Walk just 500 feet (or 50 feet to the free shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes) to reach the Snowflake Chairlift.
- Ski down to the condo from the highest chairlift in North America, the Imperial Chair, for a convenient lunch break or to unwind in the communal hot tubs at the Upper Village Pool Complex, just a 7-minute walk from the unit (no parking available).
- Enjoy Breckenridge’s annual Snow Sculpture contest during the last week of January. Next to the Snow Sculptures is the Ice Castle, which stays open until late March.
- Take a scenic sleigh ride through Breckenridge, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses.
- Experience April’s month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.
Summer Highlights:
- Hike or bike up the 4 O’Clock Trail, located just behind the complex.
- Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and National Repertory Orchestra concerts.
- Visit Breckenridge’s Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze, and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
