An outdoor swimming pool and four hot tubs (2 inside and 2 outside) are in the Columbine Recreational Center located about 50 yards from the building. Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Next to the Snow Sculptures is the Ice Castle, which stays open till late March. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge. SUMMER HIGHLIGHTS: You can walk 700 feet to the bridge that crosses the Blue River and onto numerous hiking and biking trails up, over, and along the peaks of the Ten Mile Range. You can also mountain bike or ride a "comfort" bike on the 9-mile paved path alongside the Blue River. Enjoy the Columbine heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex, within 60 feet of the condo.
