PARKING:
- Parking for 2 vehicles (one garage spot)
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or tickets, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town (which also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
**Important:** 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter as snow and ice will be present on all surfaces, including driveways and roads.**

Village Point 111 is a luxurious, contemporary three-bedroom, three-bath townhome that offers privacy and convenience. Located near the Peak 9 base area, this mountain retreat is perfect for families or groups of up to 8, and it comes fully furnished with free Wi-Fi.
This spacious, 3-level townhome is situated near the south end of town, offering both seclusion and easy access to local attractions. It’s just a 7-minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift and a 5-minute walk to the charming shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. If you prefer not to drive, take advantage of the free shuttle bus that stops at the entrance of Village Point.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, and dinnerware, making meal preparation a breeze. A private washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Winter Highlights:
- Walk 1500 feet to the Quicksilver Chairlift or take a short 200-foot walk to the free shuttle bus, which runs every 20 minutes and provides access to all the lifts.
- After a day on the slopes, unwind in the private six-person hot tub on the deck.
- Enjoy the many shops and restaurants just one block away in the heart of downtown Breckenridge.
- Don't miss Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest in late January, or take a ride through town in a mountain sleigh drawn by Belgian or Percheron draft horses.
- April brings a month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.
Summer Highlights:
- Walk 1500 feet to the bridge that crosses the Blue River and connects to numerous hiking and biking trails along the peaks of the Ten Mile Range.
- Enjoy mountain biking or a leisurely ride on the 9-mile paved path alongside the Blue River.
- Walk one block to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops.
- Celebrate the 4th of July with a parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, and National Repertory Orchestra concerts.
- Visit Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze, and pony rides for kids.
- Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.

The unit was very spacious and we all felt very comfortable there. Restaurants were within walking distance and the area as well as other tenants were very quiet.
