4WD is REQUIRED for this property due to it's high elevations for all seasons.
This home is situated atop the mountain's highest peak.Please be advised that during winter, snow and ice may be present on all surfaces, including driveways and roads leading to the property. Due to its location at the highest peak, this property is particularly prone to experiencing significant snowfall and possibly ice accumulation.
THE SUMMIT VACATIONS ADVANTAGE:
All Summit Vacations Breckenridge properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent, guests may purchase additional products locally. Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances.
All of our properties offer FREE Wi-Fi.

PARKING:
Parking for 3 - 4 vehicles

Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

Perfect for groups up to 10, This property is just a quick 5-minute drive to the ski lifts & beautiful, historic downtown Breckenridge. Take the whole crew out stargazing in your own private, six-person, outdoor hot tub! This charming, newly updated four-bedroom cabin will provide you with the relaxing experience of the Rocky Mountains.
Enjoy stunning views of the Ten Mile Range, with the convenience of being just minutes from the ski slopes and the many shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge.
This cabin offers a fully stocked and functional kitchen, providing guests with the convenience to prepare meals effortlessly. Essential cooking and dining utensils, as well as linens, are provided. Additionally, to cater to both business professionals and families, there is a dedicated workspace available.

Winter Highlights:
After a day or skiing, relax in the large 6-person hot tub on the deck of this beautiful home and enjoy the stunning views of snow-capped peaks of the Ten Mile Range, above you and to the left, and the White Mountains and the Continental Divide, in the distance to the right. Drive into downtown Breckenridge and enjoy the many restaurants and shops there. Don't miss the International Ice Sculpture contest in downtown Breckenridge at the end of January.
Summer Highlights:
Enjoy the sensational views of the Ten Mile Range from the beautiful deck of this property. From this house, you can drive about 2 miles to a trailhead that leads to the Peaks Trail. This connects to the many trails going up, over, and along the 10 peaks of the Ten Mile Range
Drive into downtown Breckenridge to enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.

The place was great. Absolutely beautiful. Clean and easy. I would most definitely stay here again! Head their advice about getting a 4 wheel drive vehicle!!

Property was excellent and was perfect for what we needed. A great view from the deck and hot tub of Breckenridge and the surrounding mountains. Roomy living room/dining room/kitchen area. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for everyone. I'll add a note that I appreciated fans and humidifiers being provided in each bedroom. I can use my phone for white noise to fall asleep but a fan is the preferrable option!
