This condo has Free Wi-Fi, a 60' flat screen HDTV, 32” flat screen TV, cable TV with over 20 movie channels, two blue-ray DVD players, and a steam shower. There are two communal indoor hot tubs in the building. The Sawmill Creek condominium complex is located on the corner of Ski Hill Road and Park Avenue, directly on the 4 o'clock ski run, and within walking 50 feet of the free shuttle bus, and one block from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. There is an elevator in the building and underground parking. Full Kitchen with Refrigerator, Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Automatic Drip Coffee Maker, blender, Mixer, Toaster and Crock Pot and dining utensils and linens. Summer Highlights: Walk out the door and out of the complex to the 4 o'clock trail, which is right next to the complex and up to the snowflake chairlift, where two other trails start and go alongside sawmill creek. From there it is a 3/4-mile hike to 4 o'clock reservoir. For the more adventurous, you can walk straight up the 4 o'clock trail to the top of 12,998-foot peak 8. You can also mountain bike up the four o'clock trail in the summer or ride a 'comfort' bike on the 9-mile paved path alongside the blue river. Walk one block to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow blue river, the Breckenridge pro rodeo, and the national repertory orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's fun park on peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9. Winter Highlights: Walk up the street (800 feet, or 50 feet to the free shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes) to get to the Snowflake Chairlift. You can make your way to the highest chairlift in North America, the Imperial Chair, and ski down 3 1/2 miles back to this condo for lunch, or at the end of the day to soak those tired legs in the hot tubs in the complex.
